How can I make payments on my loan?

Payments can be accepted in-store, by phone, online, or by mail.

What forms of payment does Cash Time accept?

For In-store payments, Cash Time accepts Cash, Checks, Money Orders or Debit Cards. Phone payments may be debit cards or ACH (electronic check payments) with the proper, signed authorization. Online payments can only be debit cards. Customers may make payments by mail, they must be checks or money orders and may be mailed to specific locations.

Can I make a payment after hours?

Yes. Some locations have drop boxes where you may make payments after hours. Customer may also pay online using their debit cards any day, any time. All after hours or online payments will be applied the following business day.

What type of payment can be made in a drop box?

No Cash, only personal check, cashier’s check, or money order.

What is a Personal Loan?

A Personal Loan is a fast easy short term cash loan secured by your vehicle.

Does my vehicle need to be paid for?

No. A Personal Loan helps a customer who owns a vehicle that is not paid for. A free and clear title is not required for a Personal Loan.

What is the minimum and maximum Personal Loan amount?

Personal loan amounts range from a minimum of $200 to to a maximum of $5,000

Do I need a Certificate of Title for a Personal Loan?

You need either your Arizona Registration or Certificate of Title.

What is the difference between a Title Loan and a Personal Loan?

A Personal Loan is technically the same as an Auto Title Loan but we do not place a lien on your title when you get the loan. However, your loan is secured by your Motor Vehicle. If you default on your loan, we may attempt to place a lien on your title.

Will Cash Time repossess my vehicle if I am late?

If you default on your loan, Cash Time may attempt to place a lien on your title and recover your vehicle.

Does my vehicle registration need to be current?

No. If it is expired we will need to see the vehicle or you will need to renew it.

Are there any year or mileage limits on my motor vehicle?

No. There are no year or mileage limits.

Do you need to see my motor vehicle for a Personal Loan?

Only if your registration is expired.

What if I have bad credit?

Your credit history is not an important part of our customer evaluation.

How long does it take to get my money?

In most cases, 30 minutes or less

How are my loan funds issued?

We give you a Cash Time check drawn from a local bank. Sometimes, we can offer to cash it for you.

What if I am not currently employed, self-employed or do not receive a regular paycheck?

We may still be able to help you, just call us to discuss your options.

What if I live with someone else?

That is acceptable; just bring recent mail received at your current place of residence with your name on it.

What if I become late on my payment?

Arizona title loans range from $200 to $100,000. Loan amounts depend our your vehicle’s value and your application information.

Do I need an Arizona Certificate of Title for an Auto Title Loan?

Yes, all Arizona lenders will require an Arizona title. Converting an out of state title to an Arizona is easy to do and we can assist you with that.

Do you need to see my motor vehicle for an Auto Title Loan?

Yes, title loans will include a vehicle inspection on-site.
