Piensa a largo plazo y compra para eso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Presupuesto m\u00e1s inteligente, no m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil<\/h2>\n<p>Quieres que te guste tu casa, pero tambi\u00e9n quieres ser frugal y no escatimar en gastos.  Utilizar materiales de construcci\u00f3n baratos, provisionales y francamente feos no te va a servir a largo plazo, pero debes tener en cuenta la calidad, la mano de obra y las oportunidades que te permitan ahorrar y construir con la est\u00e9tica que deseas sin arruinarte.  Est\u00e9 atento a las rebajas, investigue a los contratistas con amigos, los sistemas de calificaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea, y nunca tenga miedo de decir \"No\".
