Sin embargo, hay una salida: una simple pregunta...<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfLo necesito o lo quiero?<\/p>\n<p>No lo necesitas todo. Eso ya lo sabes. Evidentemente, tomarse unas vacaciones porque s\u00ed, darse un capricho o comprarse un televisor m\u00e1s grande que la pared en la que est\u00e1 montado son cosas que se pueden disfrutar... hasta que ves que sacan ese dinero de la cuenta. Estos art\u00edculos son claramente lujosos, y ning\u00fan asesor financiero los clasificar\u00eda como una \"necesidad\". Sin embargo, diferenciar entre \"necesidad\" y \"deseo\" puede ser m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de lo que se piensa. Comprar un tel\u00e9fono de gama alta el d\u00eda que sale al mercado es un deseo, y ser socio de un gimnasio es una necesidad... \u00bfverdad? Pues no. Puede que asocie la suscripci\u00f3n a un gimnasio a una forma de mantener y mejorar su salud, algo absolutamente necesario. \u00bfPero el abono en s\u00ed? No la necesitas. Puedes pasar el d\u00eda, la semana y el mes sin ella.<\/p>\n<p>Si realmente s\u00f3lo gastara dinero en lo que necesita, absteni\u00e9ndose de todo lo que desea, podr\u00e1 recuperar sus finanzas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo que cree. Para ayudar a diferenciar entre necesidad y deseo, as\u00ed como para ayudarte a ti mismo a cumplirlo, sigue estos consejos para reducir tus gastos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mantenga sus necesidades, necesidades.<\/strong>  Como en el ejemplo del gimnasio, es f\u00e1cil convertir una necesidad (mantenerse vivo) en un deseo (hacerse socio de un gimnasio caro). Lo m\u00e1s probable es que no sea tu intenci\u00f3n... tu mente asocia una necesidad con una forma opcional y m\u00e1s agradable de conseguirla. Necesitas agua para vivir. Eso es indiscutible. \u00bfAgua embotellada? Puedes vivir sin ella. La comida es importante, y no pasas mucho tiempo sin ella. Pero no necesitas comprarla en Wendy's. Siempre que vayas a hacer una compra, determina si est\u00e1s satisfaciendo una necesidad en su nivel m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico o si est\u00e1s convirtiendo un deseo en una necesidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juega al juego de la espera.<\/strong>  Las compras impulsivas son reales y, sinceramente, bastante dif\u00edciles de evitar. Puede que no hayas pensado en una chocolatina en todo el d\u00eda, pero en el momento en que ves una en la caja registradora, es todo lo que siempre has querido. Siempre que vayas a hacer una compra que no sea necesaria (alimentos, vivienda, servicios p\u00fablicos, etc.), hazte algunas preguntas... \u00bfvivir\u00e9 sin esto? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 lo necesito o lo quiero? \u00bfTengo ya algo que satisfaga la misma necesidad? Si contesta con sinceridad, puede que acabe devolviendo el art\u00edculo a la estanter\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eche un vistazo.<\/strong>  Est\u00e1s leyendo este blog en un dispositivo que probablemente posees... s\u00f3lo con eso ya est\u00e1s en bastante buena forma econ\u00f3mica. Lo damos por sentado porque nos acostumbramos a ello, pero en el momento en que Internet se cae, nos damos cuenta de lo mucho que lo echas de menos. Lo mismo ocurre con lo que tenemos. Salga a pasear. Los placeres sencillos de la vida suelen ser gratuitos, y tendemos a olvidar que est\u00e1n ah\u00ed.
