Los expertos afirman que la mejor forma de abandonar un mal h\u00e1bito es sustituirlo por uno bueno. Los estudios han demostrado que sustituir un h\u00e1bito por otro es mucho m\u00e1s eficaz para cambiar su comportamiento que simplemente intentar dejar de hacer algo que puede no ser bueno para usted.
