Este prop\u00f3sito suele estar motivado por el deseo de perder peso, pero tambi\u00e9n puede deberse a la necesidad de hacer un cambio por otras razones de salud. Algunos de los factores que motivan los prop\u00f3sitos de comer de forma m\u00e1s sana son: <\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Mejorar la salud en general<br \/>\n2. Aumentar la energ\u00eda y la vitalidad<br \/>\n3. Sentirse m\u00e1s fuerte<br \/>\n4. Aliviar los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos desagradables<br \/>\n5. Evitar los alimentos a los que el cuerpo es sensible<br \/>\n6. Combatir las alergias alimentarias<br \/>\n7. Mejorar la calidad del sue\u00f1o<br \/>\n8. Luzca mejor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al igual que ocurre con la resoluci\u00f3n de hacer m\u00e1s ejercicio, incorporar cambios en la dieta tambi\u00e9n puede resultar dif\u00edcil. Haz sustituciones f\u00e1ciles.<\/strong> Utilizando su presupuesto actual para alimentos, investigue un poco antes de ir a comprar la pr\u00f3xima vez y vea qu\u00e9 puede sustituir de la categor\u00eda \"no tan bueno para usted\" por un art\u00edculo de la categor\u00eda \"mejor para usted\". Puede que descubras que algo del pasillo de las frutas y verduras cuesta lo mismo o incluso menos que algo del pasillo de los alimentos procesados, sobre todo si aprovechas las rebajas de temporada en frutas y verduras. Es mucho m\u00e1s probable que los cambios graduales se mantengan. M\u00edmate una vez a la semana.<\/strong> Disfruta de un d\u00eda que te haga ilusi\u00f3n (pero del que no tengas que sentirte culpable) descubriendo un restaurante con opciones de men\u00fa saludables. No te salgas de tu presupuesto para comida, pero busca en tu ciudad un restaurante saludable asequible, o un restaurante que tenga al menos algunas opciones saludables. Si tu presupuesto no incluye una comida fuera de casa a la semana, m\u00e1rcate ese objetivo. <\/p>\n<p>Aplaudimos sus esfuerzos por comer m\u00e1s sano y mejorar su dieta. No s\u00f3lo ahorrar\u00e1 dinero en atenci\u00f3n sanitaria al mejorar su salud gracias a una dieta m\u00e1s sana, sino que su prop\u00f3sito de A\u00f1o Nuevo de comer de forma m\u00e1s saludable tambi\u00e9n tiene muchas otras ventajas. Puede a\u00f1adir a\u00f1os a su vida y vitalidad a esos a\u00f1os.
